Overcrowded with a rude Asian youth behind the counter.

Polite older lady was trying to compensate for the surly lad's conduct.

Luckily I managed to get a limited issue "McQuad" made freshly.

Takes ages to get food. The complete reverse of McDonald's of old. Que out the door most days.
This McDonald's falls into the same trap as most others now.
It just doesn't know what it is anymore.
The whole "just eat " side of the business should have its own takeaway restaurant. Like pizza hut has.

Got some crusty black mass in my Big Mac burger box, not sure what that was 🤢. Served sticky old salsa dip too.

Always very busy but the staff are friendly and never had a bad meal from them.
Easy to get to. The drive-through is busy but the service is quick. Average 5-7 mins when they are busy.
Atmosphere is busling and nearly always full, but that is not a negative.
It suffers a bit from its location but can't fault the service.

Took my two boys and friends here for a Birthday treat. Absolutely loved it, second time we have been here now & the track & karts are great fun. Would recommend if you think you are the next budding F1 great!

I had a Bacon Tasty very nice but they forgot to put the bacon in. Because I had to be at an appointment I ate my burger but when I asked a member of staff they said because I gad eaten my food while it was luke warm they can't do anything about it. I only wanted an apology

If you could give this zero stars I would. Bought a big Mac which was absolutely cold returned it, staff didn't even apologise and kept the receipt obviously so you can't complain on their website. If you like cold burgers and rude staff this is the place.

Lovely drive through restaurant, with a beautiful relaxing atmosphere, simple deco and table layout. Quite soft music playing and friendly staff, eager to assist customers. Table service excellent, food served hot and it was a fast service. The place isnt too busy and well maintained ,tidy and clean.
