The customer service is bad. The guy with glasses acts like he hates all the customers and the prices compared to the other pfc stores near to them is crazy. The people will always give the Bengali customers their food first and treat them nicely but if your any other race or ethnicity they treat you badly. They are stingy with the sauces. I would not recommend ordering or buying from them unless the other pfc stores are closed down which they will not be DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE

I ordered ribs to receive it at home and received as you can see in the photo. All bones, it is for me a bad experience to be my first order. I will not order from this site again. I was not expecting such a terrible meal.

Bought Naga wings with a drink (no chips). Paid £5.00. He was very nice when talking asked if everything was ok. Next day the same guy for the same order charged me £5.50. The same price for the meal with chips. The guy thought I won't notice. People are dishonest no matter the religion. You lost a customer. There's no Barakah in earning by cheating people.

The kebab was delicious. One of the few places on this street with nice tables and chairs where you can eat in.

The food was cold and when told the server he put same chips in fryer. He was continuing using phone and used same hand for food preparation.None of staff’s been used any gloves and kitchen full with dirty stuff. Not recommend to any one having food from this shop. Also, requesting food hygiene department to visit the shop as soon as possible.

Very good meal deals.

Meal 1 is highly recommended which is a chicken fillet burger chips, drinks and hot chicken wings. Very good fillet burger which is juicy, crispy and alot of fillet.

Clean food done to a high standard consistently.

The place has delicious chilli sauce.

Plenty of seating if you need to dine in.

Well worth the wait and good deliveries on Just Eat.

Worst chicken fry, wings n chips we have ever tried in life. Today when my 2 kids were hungry and wanted to have fried chicken and chips, I ordered one family bucket/meal and 10 wings and they charged me £12. When the food was served, nothing was freshly cooked, neither they were hot. Some tasted stale and when I asked the guy why the foods were cold, oily, and not looked good, he said all OK. Chickens were kept for long , I mean was probably fried day before. And they re heated old food and serve. My verbal complain was easily overlooked and ignored. We left most of the food untouched and left. Please do not order any food from them unless they maintain basic food and hygiene.
Shame on their management team who should be banned from food business.

Really highly recommend this place if you like proper fries, proper fat fries, none of that skinny stick, their chicken wings are also super nice.
If you can't choose anything or can't make up your mind I'd highly recommend #1
