KFC Colliers Wood - Chapter Way

We have been using this KFC for more than 12 years, as this one sales Halal chicken. Recently food quality, specially the chips were rubbish. Under new management service becomes quicker. Chicken wings are on offer 20 for £5.99 but the size of the chicken wings becomes smaller than your little finger. New hassle added with the parking ticket. So far it was not under pay and display but during my recent visit I have been told by a parking warden that I have to get a ticket from the machine and display it otherwise I will be given a penalty ticket, even though it’s free for 2 hours.

Located in Chapter Way area is peaceful and good should visit with family nice place and taste is universal as it is a chain of fast food which always maintain its standards. Spacious parking... Obviously not free it is more likely a small food street where you can find Pizza Hut, Meton Abbey Watermill Cafe, Premier Inn Hotel, Belgian Brasserie, Tatto Studio,Nannay Rosa and The William Morris Rever Side Hotel. And on the opposite side you can find Sainsbury's and M&S.

I have been to a few KFC restaurants and this is by far the nicest. The food was piping hot the chips were crispy and the staff were great and if I am ever down that way again I will certainly pop in.

Been my go to, for the past 7 years. The quality is really good and I can relax with my mates. Since they got the self order screens, don’t have to worry about lines. Never been disappointed them. Only a few times I waited a while but the food was fresh.

Wth very bad customer service not happy at all. Waited at the till to order no one came for 20 minutes kept saying 1 second. And the staff is very rude. Really upset with the customer service.
They really need to pay attention.

I used the KFC drive thru. One of the pieces of chicken was a breast piece. As I bit into this piece I got an extremely bitter taste and something that felt like seeds in my mouth. When I looked at what I had bit into it was clear that this was the inside of the chicken and it was the stomach as I could see the seeds that the chicken feeds on (see pics attached). This is absolutely appalling and poor on KFC to have not prevented this from happening.

I have enjoyed coming here for the past several years. Its very spacious inside, at times it can be quite busy with tables not being cleaned as often. The food is generally quite good and served hot! My only nitpick would be sometimes they tell you the self service isnt working - when it is for all the other branches. Which forces you to spend for regular meal prices instead of offers on the app which seems scummy, i believe they can put your number through the till manually!

Just a mess. Staff gave our order to someone else after we waited for 10 minutes. Pretended he didn't know what happened. Called out the same order number twice. Obviously the people who got our order were more then gaplg to take out order. Had to wait a further 10 minutes and still no food.

Tables are always racked up way before closing time. Rude customers always come here.

Just not the best place to get food from.

Also they close up an hour way before closing time and won’t let you sit down to eat. So no point coming here unless you the drive through. That’s what the manager told us anyway.

And to make it worse. There car park will almost certainly give you a parking ticket. Jokers
