Shocking service. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive (50 minutes late) stone cold and mcflurrys had emptied into bag. Pretty much a total waste of money

Very fast service. I ordered through till and my order was ready in less than 4 mins. There is enough space for everyone. Great Ambiance. Elderly friendly entrance and sitting.

Absolutely USLESS , don’t bother ordering ever from this McDonald’s your main meal will come missing , it’s about the 5th time in a row now , if it’s not food it’s a drink and if it’s not a drink it’s dips, if it’s not that it’s a missing happy meal for one child and the other has it even tho i orders 2 , maybe have your eyes tested if you can’t read an ordered right ?

I’ve ordered food for myself and my 2 year old, says it was delivered and I haven’t received it!! I’ve called 20 times with no answer absolutely disgusting service will never order from here again!

Last Sunday, around 12 pm we took our 11 year old daughter and 14 friends same age to celebrate her birthday after their clip and climb session at the leisure centre. Staff was super helpful, couldn’t have been more attentive, even though it was a busy lunchtime hour. We ordered on the machines and had no problem with the food. Everything went really well and children chose ice cream at the end. A big thank you to all the staff at McDonalds Camberley High Street! You made a big difference!

I only ordered two wrap meals and a tea and they couldn’t even get that right. Took 35 minutes to come and the tea came black, had to go wait in line for another 5 minutes to get milk before any staff member acknowledged me and served me. Awful experience even for a Wednesday night. I dread to think how slow it is on the weekend. 0/5.

Food is cold when it arrives. Too many orders being waited for and food isn't coming out quick enough. This store has declined in service times over the years. Probably shouldn't be referred to as 'Fast food' any more.
