This is what i call fast food!!!!ordered, payed and recived my order under 5 minutes!store was clean and staff and manager smiling!great job👌🏻

Would not recommend, they only care about delivery tickets. Can tell their head office has metrics/scorecard on Uber eats & Deliveroo, as I watched 6 delivery tickets get cleared on their KMS which were placed after my order and had multiple bags. Management clearly care more about their bonus than the people actually inside the restaurant. When challenged I was given the reply “it was cooking”. I can tell you for free that nothing takes 25 minutes to cook in this kind of kitchen, even from frozen, so this was obviously a case of poor management. Get your s**** together and understand the concept of speed of service. You are a FAST FOOD chain, and there is nothing fast about the service here. You could go to a full on restaurant and get served quicker, absolute disgrace

Poor seating arrangements, the downstairs area is usually blocked off. Orders are wrong more often than not. Tables are always dirty and any available staff are often standing around talking to customers that they clearly know from outside work. Don't expect much from McDonald's to be fair but at least keep the place clean and get simple orders right the first time around. Last time I was there was given the wrong drink, showed the staff my order. Came back with the right drink but it was small when I'd ordered a large and had just shown them that. Still, third time lucky. Not like I have a job to get back to or anything.

The service was OK, the bacon and egg mcmuffin was OK. The coffee was one of the worst I have ever had and the place is really soulless and bland. If I could have found a local cafe I definitely would have gone there instead.

Food was nice apart from the dismal excuse for a salad 🥗 looked fresh but 3 slices of cucumber,a slice of tomato and the rest is lettuce..poor really.. especially for £1.20 ..needs more tomato slices, sliced carrots, onion and some more interesting choices...

This drive through is not 24hrs, drove to it on Friday/ Saturday 2 am as online its states its a 24 hrs drive through but guess what it was shut wtg golden arches

Food was good service a bit slow. Staff where mainly helping the just eat and deliveroo people. Seems like McDonald's don't care about walk in customers anymore. The constant endless stream of deliveroo and just eat mopeds driving on the pavement and parking on he pavement is dangerous and making it hard to access McDonald's.

Today went there to get an egg muffins breakfast.
Incredible how is bad their service!!
Been waiting 20 minutes and InThe meatimes they forgot about my order and when asked they said isn't ready!!!
Busy doing only delivery orders!!
Very bad customer service when I did ask what's wrong with my order the Manager "not ready and they preparing it "she just left even not caring and preparing other orders.
I just very upset about this bad customer service
