It's a no from me. Glossy mayo, limped hot cooked lettuce.. is say the bun had been made up a while before the addition of the chicken. The chips... I had about half a small bag of cold chips... really cold. Disappointed. 2 star given as the chicken was hot.

Very dirty restaurant that is understaffed. No napkins available and rubbish all over the place. Very long wait for the food...definitely not a fast food restaurant. The chicken was nice though, but maybe worth eating takeaway during peak times.

30 minute wait!! Popped in with my 2 kids for some food. Immediately noticed that there were quite a few customers waiting. Ordered at the self serve kiosk and went to find a table. Had to clean a table down myself using some blue roll and sanitiser that was left lying around. Food took 30 minutes! Drinks were left sitting on the counter for around 10 minutes before our complete order was called out ( why not make the drinks at the end so they’re fresh too?). No cutlery , wet wipes or napkins put in the bag for us when eating in. Entire dining room was a mess and not once during my 50-60 minute stay did any staff member come out to clean up. Here’s a tip- if the store is too busy or the store is understaffed, turn off delivery tablets and focus on dine-in/drive-thru customers. Either the manager was oblivious to the state of the restaurant due to ineptitude or the store is too focused on just making as much money as possible. Witnessed some staff leave at 8pm on the dot- why were they not staying on to help clean up the huge mess? Great team work/work ethic guys. You should be embarrassed about what happened tonight. Even my 6 year old son said it was the worst KFC ever.

Nothing good to say. Drive through took 50 mins, staff were disinterested & grumpy, fillet meals had no lettuce in, we were given no salt or napkins and.... how should i eat a rice box without a fork? Terrible experience - never going back.

Well, what can I say about this branch of KFC? I've never been into a KFC that has great service but I love fried chicken so I've accepted that over the years. Eye contact with the customer is usually a must. 2 members of staff I spoke to and neither actually looked at me. The place wasn't busy at all but it still took an age to get my order. As I watched everyone behind the counter I thought that if they went any slower they'd stop. I had a total of 11 soggy, cold chips with my order. I wished I 'd taken a picture but I just wanted out of there. The entire place was filthy, bins overflowing, food on the floor, tables obviously not been looked at since the end of the lunchtime rush. I don't think I'll be visiting here again. I only went in because the KFC at Exeter services is closed.

Busy and waited more than 15mins and not spicy whatsoever either when you ordered the hot wings.

The queue is always long at this place. It really lets the restaurant down because the food is always generally well presented. Staff look like they’re working hard and taking the job seriously. But always expect to que no less than 30 minutes before getting to the point of ordering at this place.

The place was clean and tidy, staff were busy but remained helpful and friendly. The food is usual KFC standard but the self-service condiments were empty and the crowd wasn't the nicest. With hoards of delivery people filling the front of the restaurant it doesn't have the best atmosphere but it is a better alternative to the one in the city full of the unfriendly and uncouth.
