McDonald's

Severely understaffed. Waited almost 50 mins. Ordered at 7:32pm - got food at 8:17pm. The place was packed, people kept asking for refunds because they don’t want to wait up to an hour for a McDonald’s. Hire some more people McDonald’s. These poor staff are working 3 people’s jobs each!

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited, constantly long queues, they prioritise deliveries over customers in store. Waited over 40 minutes for a small order and they still messed that up with a leaking cup and no burger and fries in the bag. Will never use again, given far too many chances and last visit was a joke with people asking my for refunds due. AVOID minus the 1 star

No drinks other than Oasis, Fruit Shoot, Water and Coffee on this visit. Big Tasty burger was luke-warm. Fries were at least fresh and crispy but it doesn’t explain why the selection of drinks is poor.

Always very dirty inside both in dining area and in the kitchen. Staff often mess up your order and the few times I tried eating here I was given cold food or poorly prepared food (sloppily prepared burgers and such) also have gotten wrong food with my order multiple times. As far as McDonald's go this is probably the worst one I've ever eaten at

Shocking that they can't look at the screen and put exactly what there in the bag for delivery. Absolutely no idea mcdonald's has gone down hill big time I don't won't going on absolutely shocking boycott them

ASDA MCDONALDS HATFIELD- I've lived here 2 years and everytime I order they miss something. Every single time ! It's ridiculous because we have to then ask for refunds through just eat and wait and regardless of that someone's missing some or all of their meal ! How is it that hard to read off of a receipt?!?! 2 years of it and its just a complete s*** show over there

High turnover and traffic which means food doesn't sit on the warmers for long and is 'fresh'. Seating area is disgusting dirty and bins overflowing. There is always a bit of a wait due to a lot of online orders and waiting area for in store orders is highly congested with no social distancing measures. Goodness knows if the touchscreens are ever wiped down either. Good for convience though with parking in Asda and grabbing a bite after grocery shopping.

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've been to.
Food is often cold, takes significantly longer than a typical McDonald's to arrive.
Your order disappears off of the "preparing" screen automatically it seems so you have to go chase them about it.
