McDonald's

Located on M25 BETWEEN J5 AND J6. You have use the self service ordering machine and which doesn’t really make the speed of delivery any fast but they can just more orders. Food was ok to be honest, been to other branches and it was better in; taste and quality. Indoor seating was a busy so had to go somewhere else and order something else to seat in there area.

Food was great as usual.
The restaurant was very busy today so was a bit of a mess.
Tables were dirty, sauce dispensers were empty, some of the machines to order yourself were not working and service just took ages.
Other than that, the order was correct when it finally came.

Thought id treat me and my colleagues to a McDonald's. Well what can I say. Not only was there no milkshakes, AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Ordered a share box of mozzarella dippers with salsa dip. I'm outraged by the stupidity and ignorance of failing to pick some dip up with their two hands. Now I'm eating my dry dippers with them tasting like micro usb hardrives.

As for the quarter pounder meal. Well that was a complete car crash, at least it looked like one. with a quarter portion of chips!

Quick tip! if your not going to give full portions of chips how about you make the packaging smaller! Save the turtles!

Terrible experience. I shall never return to this social-ed fast food establishment.

Avoid. One of the worst places I've been to, to the level that I am trying to avoid stopping here in favour of another stop 33 miles further.. Clearly mismanaged with some of the staff often not knowing what they are doing, not trained and not polite. Two most recent experiences here: 1) had to wait 25 minutes for an order, no comms from staff or manager as to what's going on 2) no chips ready, noone seems to care, most of the free tables dirty, staff not even saying thank you or anything like that.

Try to order in advance as they're often busy and they don't employ many workers. My order took 22 minutes to arrive. The condiment area could do with a good clean but they probably don't have enough workers to keep an eye on it. Screen showing orders being prepared was not working

Have you ever had to wait 45mins, after ordering, to get your food from a McDonald's? No, well here's your chance to experience hell from the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of using. Embarrassingly slow, ridiculously unhelpful, a complete shambles of an establishment. If I'd have got my food for free I'd still feel ripped off.

Great to see a 24 hour hot food outlet at a services. The neal was pilingnhot and fresh, and the service was excellent.

No paper in ordering machines, so lots of customers speaking to counter staff. Order was ready very quickly, but fries were not hot so suggest they were waiting around before we arrived. No napkins or ketchup mini cups. The whole place was scattered with rubbish and debris and all the tables needed a wipe!! Ripped seats and all a bit tired really. Pretty poor all round sadly.
