KFC Guildford - High Street

Typical poor service. Foreign owned franchise all foreign employees. Thos would be great but not when they can't communicate with customers... also refused f to accept £50 notes ecause there own staff dont have the abilities to spot a fake... poorly run franchise KFC should step in....

Was in bed for two days with the KFC squirts and sickness. Tasted good at the time then on Thursday morning was ill mild food poisoning. Chicken not cooked properly.

Took my money for an order, failed to deliver even though app said food was delivered. Manager unwilling to set things right. Pure theft.

Small size outlet in Guilford in a good location. Just Take Away option..

We been place the order for Party bucket for 29.99£ and we had additional ² large sides.First time when we collected the food and get back to home, we noticed it wasn't been 4 gravy. We back to KFC at High street in Guildford they give as replacement for gravy (4 corns)...when we check the big bucket at home it was only 14 pieces..two buckets been missed .8fillets and 6wings..Get back to store to get solved it out. They cannot add a missing pieces it was to late for them it was a closing time and they cannot do refund because we not took our order with Us.we been ask check cameras and do refund .They cannot help us and we been told to do what we want .The manager also noticed she not be available to do anything.
We paid full amount of price and didn't get 50% of chicken in order.

This is not the first time when the products you paid not being in the order, in this place.

It was a 01.01.2023 evening time .I place the order for party bucket in Local KFC..
We are been together With my Gf..

When we recieve the order my Gf want to check what we have inside,but I told her don't do that it will show a Bad Manner.
How the Mess I was wrong Guys.We get only 1 Bucket instead of 3😅😅😅 but it been to late and we must back to KFC..

When we was trying to explain them what happened they answer been just shocked: we are almost close and we cannot do refund ( you didn't bring the food back to Kfc))
The Manager was friendly and I was told her..
Please do Refund..
She was replying few times I cannot do anything I'm so sorry ..

She really sorry to left me without food and time what been totally wasted..

When we was asking to provide all Names of colleagues who was been in that case .Manager didn't give any others name just Her..

All mood been ruined .They answer was we cannot help you guys..🤣🤣.
I'm never ever been so upset..They gey full charge and don't want do anything for that case ..

My Gf put an official complaint to the KFC Squad ( the answer was less than in 24hr)

We get a refund for missing items..

Guys please check your order before you leaving .Or you will be upset like we was.

And Also 30% of they customers complaining about missing food in they orders..

Ordered on Uber eats. Food arrived stone cold and Uber said they couldn’t refund. They said to get in touch with KFC. The number on Google for the high street store doesn’t work. BE WARNED!

May 02 at about 1715, parked my car and ordered inside via the self-order machine, no receipt was printed, no social distancing as well. Left once collected the order and had to return as the chicken wrap was not included, again, no social distancing. Got our chicken wrap, guy gave a free fries which we don’t actually need as we are avoiding carbs and oil. The wrap had toooo much of mayo, I swiped two tissues of mayo (bit sour) and I lost my appetite. Waste of money!
