Favorite Chicken & Ribs West Drayton

I love this shoppppp!!!!! The staff are so nice you ask them for 3 wings and pay and they give you 5 be a blessing best Chicken shop Ever and there not 15 minutes there like 5-7 minutes and you got your food this place be making me fat but the good type because it’s that good. They should sponsor me I love it there ❤️

Poor service from the manager at this chicken shop today, he was shouting and swearing at an old man.

My food was ok but the service from this manager was highly disrespectful and poor. The owner should kick him out for speaking to elder people in such a way.

The manager is short and with broken teeth and does not speak good English, his service with me was also very bad when taking my order and also another woman’s order.

In my opinion, Favourite serve far better fried chicken than KFC. Very good burgers and pieces of chicken!

When weighing up quality of food to price, the standard is better at other Favourite Chicken branches sadly.

Best Chicken shop around! Food is always on point! Recommended!

Edit Oct/21: Ate here again a few days ago. The burger buns broken when holding, and the burgers didn't taste fresh. I won't be coming here again.

Nice tasting food, however they serve Halal chicken with Pork Ribs. I asked about how they prepare their Ribs and apparently they are cooked separately and there is no cross contamination. Always check when you go here, for those who eat Halal food. Otherwise decent place to fulfill a chicken craving.

The ribs are very old they are trying to cover with bbq sauce but i can not chew
