McDonald's

Some of the worse food i have ever received.. even tho it was all meant to be Fresh it was all freezing by time I got home witch is. 4 minutes round the corner, the burger was more stale then a crusty cob and had a hair in it, the chicken selects were under cooked and taste like rubber and the chips like cardboard utterly discussing wouldn’t even give it my dog

Possibly one of the slowest McDonald’s I have ever experienced. Loads of staff chatting. Waited ages to get my food at the counter. 15 mins waiting in total. Watched multiple customers not being noticed at the counter.
Only saving grace was the hot fries.

I mean, it's a McDonald's. What else to say. The order accuracy has been better recently although they do routinely forget sauces that have been paid for or selected as part of a meal. Recently I was given someone else's food at the drive through and didn't notice until I was home, which is very annoying. Also have had some questionably stringy chicken here, which is very off putting.

I wouldn't say its fast food . I ordered on the app which was straight forward . When I got there Drive thru was chokka so went inside . Wish I hadn't! . Bearing in mind I had pre ordered it still took 25mins to get the food . They seem to prioritise drive thru and people sitting at tables first. I drove 3 mins home and food was virtually cold( in insulated bag) . When it's delivered its alot warmer but 3.99 for delivery is a bit steep .

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here several times and the service is always slow, food takes 20 minutes to come out. Staff are always chatting in the kitchen and when you wait at the counter no one comes. Food is horrible fries were cold everytime I've been there and food isn't put together properly. And to top it off the doors to get in and out take ages to open and when we've asked staff to help by the time they come the doors open. Absolutely ridiculous do not recommend.

Que for ages to get in asked to park up then waited 15 mins got the wrong meal. Had to go in to collect in the end all for 2 double cheese burgers and two large fries!! Not complicated order just dreadful drive through

Really poor service.

Arrived at 1:10 and already pre-ordered through app which failed at payment, directed me to speak to customer service who told me they didnt know what to do. Eventually I managed to put a new order in on the app as I had a £5 discount and store said I wouldn't be able to have it without the app.

Received order at 14:40 after witnessing the manager come out and shout across the kitchen at the staff for how slow they were working.

Received the food and it looked like it had been prepared by a blind man with no fingers.

As you would expect from McDonald's, food was good, service was fast and efficient, staff were nice, polite and friendly. No complaints.
