McDonald's

Busy but we went inside rather than wait in drive through. It was lunch time so expected. Young lad has missed one of our drinks but was happy to remedy the situation. Fairly clean place.

Recently refurbished. Visited late at night but not many staff or customers around. Mainly youngsters behind the counter with very little customer care or consideration for customers! No cleaning staff present.......rubbish in bins overflowing!

No more coffee stamps and despite claims in the newspapers that existing stamps would be valid until the end of the year they won't accept them. They've ruined this restaurant in their effort to get rid of Just Uberoo. They've blanked off half the windows, so it's like bring in a shoe box. They've decorated it in what seems to be a roll back to Ronald mcdonald days, garish red glass panels and children's furniture. It reminds me of the college refectory. It's certainly not McCafe. There also seems to be a breach of GDPR with the cctv display on full view. You're only supposed to see the camera that you yourself are on, not every location. If this is the future if mcdonalds it's poor.

Staff are a different kind of special here, cheesy bites and dip, get home and they've managed to put the dip in but instead of cheese bites a cheese burger, like how, how do they do this 😂 not the first time either.
Foods cold, badly prepared, service is terrible window 3 the employee just looked at me and didn't say a word when he handed me my incorrect order, atmosphere some of the staff I don't know how they function and get to work with the lack of brain function.

I had to wait for this order for 18 minutes with 3 customers inside the sitting area. They put drive true orders as a priority but anyway it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Very disappointed .

The meal was okay altogether, the best route for a fast service is definitely the drive through as in the line and ordering through the machine can make you wait up to 10 minutes. The food quality is mid-okay, can be improved but is still good for a McDonalds. I guarantee to you that your food will never get messed up in the drive through but will in the restaurant itself, what I mean by this is making a burger plain etc…

Delivery time was long but after 1 hour wait I finally got my food. Still warm and no mess at all like I used to have. For the very first time I can say I am very happy with my order 👍

Ordered delivery through just eat, order arrived late and had items missing so I called the restaurant who then asked me to go and fetch them! Got to the restaurant and there were no parking spaces so had to wait in the drive through cue to pick up the missing items , I was there for 25 minutes in total. 1. If I had wanted to go and pick up my food I wouldn't of ordered a delivery 2. With the delay for my order ( delivery driver said they'd lost it ) and then having to drive to fetch the missing items it took over an hour! Will not be using this restaurant again!
