KFC Epsom - High Street

Extremely slow. I wanted to grab some KFC on my lunch break but gave up after 15 minutes of waiting in a queue with no movement or acknowledgement. The staff there walk around as if they are sleepwalking and three out of the 4 on front of house we’re dealing with deliveroo drivers. This place couldn’t get it together for a queue of 5 customers, disappointing!

This is the second time we used Deliveroo, the first we put down as a one of, the second delivery was absolutely atrocious!!!! The Epsom branch of KFC needs a complete overhaul. The food was clearly thrown into the box and items missing. Definitely not going to be using this KFC again!!!!

The worst KFC i have ever had. Place needs a revamp and training on how to run a fast food restaurant.

The team is very friendly and welcoming also very helpful. Cleanest and fastest KFC I Have ever been. Happy to be there again 😌

Just ot a zinger meal and large popcorn chicken abd it was all cold and stale. You can't even call as the line is closed. Terrible food.

Totally unprofessional staff! Especially the manager "Nitchan"
They treat you like they are doing a favour to you.
I'm a client I'm paying for a service the least I expect is being treated with respect.

In one of my visits there I witnessed one of the staff throwing a bag on the table and yelling at the delivery guy.

I love KFC but I'm not visiting the Epsom branch anymore.

Easily one of the worst KFC branches around been in a few times and always get orders wrong. They hardly give you any chips and you always need to double check your order as they "accidentally" leave items out. No way I'd return to this branch
