McDonald's

Unfortunately there is no option to leave no stars. I have been to this branch several times since the refurbishment and I can honestly say the service here has drastically gone down hill for customers who wish to sit in. Each time over 30 minute wait for dishes as simple as pancakes or chicken nuggets. That said if you drive through or use McDonalds delivery service you get your food really quick, walk in customers are now the lowest priority. I tried to address a 30 minute wait politely with the manager today and asked why it’s so bad and this is no good. At that point several other customers stepped forward all saying they have been waiting the same amount of time - the managers response was well delivery and cars are our customers too !! If this is the attitude of management it is little wonder this place has gone down hill to the extent it has for sit in dining, sadly it is anything but Fast Food, avoid unless you have lots of time to spare to wait for your food. Oh and when it does arrive (like today, no cutlery, no syrup with pancakes etc etc).

Was terrible before the refurbishment and even worse now. Food will take 20mins most of the time because they focus on the delivery companies & never had fries that is more than what should be a small, as they just simply don't fill the fries ever. Here's the medium fries.

First visit, parking was a nightmare as the queue for the drive through blocked the car park. Restaurant rather small and was very busy being a Saturday. Queued to use the order screen. Food did come fairly quick though.

Absolutely Terrible I waited 15 minutes before I decided to ask where my meal was there was also nobody at the counter and when they did eventually come they looked at me like s*^t ! The lady was very rude ! I only live 3 mins away and when I opened my meal it was cold as was my coffee.
All McDonald’s seem to care about is Deliveroo drivers and the drive through customers, walk ins are of no interest to them. I won’t be going again McDonald’s have lost my custom

The food is never ready at the drive through window. Always asked to park so you don't mess with their figures. Wouldn't mind but when you do get your meal it's always missing items and I have to walk to the window in front of cars to ask for it.

Orders wrong all the time. Items often wrong or missing. Save your money and order elsewhere. Don't know how they expect you to eat your food when it arrives looking like this

NO STARS !!! Took family and friends out, parked up in car park went in restraint got £100 fine for using car park for 1 hour 15 mins. If your going to fine people for using your car park more then an hour you should tell us at the tills. £100 is a joke especially when I’m eating in your restaurant.

After their revamp last year it's now a terrible place to dine in. Solely focused on delivery, the order area is tiny, 7ppl and you're queueing out the door.

The blurry glass sectioning off the eating area blocks your view of the order screen, it's at least 20mins to get your food now, and if the drive thru is busy, you might as well not bother, coz that'll be 40mins,and probably push you over the 1hr parking, resulting in a lovely fine.
