Noticed over the past few months this place has started to go down hill, started with forgetting food on order's and not realising until back home, my partner was made to drive all the way back round and queue to pay again as they let her drive off when the card was declined (tapped to many times) then her food was cold and to top it off tonight I asked for no tomatoes on my big tasty well there definitely was no tomatoes just like the rest of the burger literally tasted like cardboard! My advice to the public is to either drive to the outlet on the a38 or the one near B&Q

Food was ok, its Mcdonalds so its not going to be amazing. Service was decent but there were a few rude customers

So i rang up the manager to ask if my food could come hot for once after all it usually comes near on cold every time , she said it leaves here hot but its down to the drivers this time it came over warm but yet im only 12 to 15 minutes away so why cold food ?? Its winter after all and dont you have heaters on in your car drivers ? , the food looked like it was thrown together again so wheres the respect and pride in your job ?? And lets be fare a Mackys aint cheap il leave it at that , update 23rd Jan 2023 what can i say came cold again if we wanted a microwave meal we would have got one 🙄🙄

Last few times food has been barely warm. Waiting to get served at the till is like waiting for paint to dry, no one ever seems bothered about serving anyone on tills, not just a one off, it's everytime I've been in (and yes staff do notice you waiting), had a joke about it with other customers also waiting a few times. Clean store though, toilets not too bad

Tried ordering through the app though my PayPal wouldn't work. The staff member pulled up my order and brought the order to my table. They were friendly the food arrived quickly it was clean and welcoming as always.

It's mcd s what I like is ,it's always the same and we'll priced and enjoyable now and then . The opening hours are perfect especially when on long journeys when you need a break . The food and tea/coffee are very good too .

Served quickly food was fresh and hot unlike some other Macdonald's I've been to. Staff did look a little miserable but I likely did too at 8 in a morning

Devlived nearly twenty pounds worth of food through the mcdonalds app and it came from an UBER EATS driver and was never delivered with no way of getting a refund, rang mcdonalds amd they said that they can do nothing. So rang uber eats who can't do anything either so now without food and twenty pounds down, both as useless as each other!!!!
