KFC Sutton in Ashfield - Forest Street

Mash potato came like this. Mini fillets were cold and stained with red and black marks too.

Staff were working really hard trying to keep on top of things (day of Queen's funeral- Macdonald's had been closed so KFC had extra business) but it was really messy inside as they'd not had chance to clean. Staff were friendly and helpful but clearly they needed more staff in to help with the demand

Very clean for a kfc and looked modern inside. Good accessibility as well with very close disabled parking straight into electric operated door. Food was warm and not waited long. Waiter even read our order to confirm everything was there correct.

Would prefer to give it 0!

3 pieces of chicken in a meal + a side of beans.

Recieved:
3 portions of chips + a side of beans.

Tried to call over 30 times and no answer!!
Apparently, complaints should me made via JustEat!

It's not JustEat's fault that somebody doesn't know how to do their job in-store! It also doesn't get the missing chicken delivered!

I just bought a boneless banquet and on opening the box when I got home I was disgusted how the food had just been thrown in, half a small box of nuggets and the chicken was dry! The rest of our order was 2 wrap meals, only got 1 bag of chips with those and the rest were in the main bag! This branch should go to absolutely any other KFC for lessons in customer service, I will not be using this branch again even though its my local.

Good place to eat near bus station. Easy access. Good customer service. Nice and clean.

Nice and clean restaurant. Went there by Sunday evening. Not much crowd or delay in providing us the order. Overall a good experience but 4stars for the overpriced foods as like any other KFC.

The store has improved loads staff are new and this has made service better , food was hat for a change... one thing I would say is the floor in the restaurant was slippy and in need of a serious clean
