McDonald's

The Service - with a smile from all the staff - was very good and we felt welcomed. The restaurant was very clean and orderly and very bright inside. The staff were great, but we wanted to particularly mention the older gentleman who was keeping the place clean and tidy with a constant smile and very helpful person who looked after us - Antony we think his name was. Very polite and always looking out for your comfort and stay. He would go out of his way to make sure we (and other customers we noticed) were enjoying the experience of the food and the friendly chat.

Tables need cleaning more often.
Some young people were throwing drink around near the front, told the staff, not sure they did anything, maybe that's best?
The burger was bland, I remember having McDonalds as a kid and it tasted waaaay better!

Awful

I ordered two cheeseburgers and my mate ordered a big Mac . We waited over 15 mins while they fulfilled a million just eats orders.

The manageress came out and started clearing orders

All of our burgers can with the cheese not melted at all.

You need a system in place to clear easy orders

The staff other than the manageress were just standing around or weren't working to a system.

As McDonald's go, this is one of the best. I'm a bit of a regular after a dip in the local pool and they've never failed to provide a burger that ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE THE ONE ON THE SCREEN. Totes amazing and it tastes so good too. Tbh. I'm loving it.

Had a hot chocolate, it was DISGUSTING!!!!!. brown hot water . Areas inside were taped off, floor seats and tables were dirty. Staff were polite though. If you fancy a mcdonalds do get your hopes up when going here !

Absolutely well organised and clean. The staff is very supportive and ready to help. No so crowded as other places, it is always a pleasure visiting this venue.

From my order was missing mayo and the mustard...
She said " this the amount they put in... and anyway I didn't pay for it..." 🤔

The first girl at the till couldn't understand what I was saying to her ordering two cheeseburgers. She called her colleague to help her speaking in Hind i, the other girl came, I said to her I wanted two cheeseburgers to take away and when I arrived at home I found inside the paper bag 2 chicken mayo burgers instead.
Very disappointing for the kids and for myself that I walked for 20 mins to go and back from the place. Awful!!!
