McDonald's

I'm in a lot of McDonald's every week traveling all over the country but I'd say Watford gap is actually one of the best in England itself for service and manners.
Really nice lassie serving today and very polite and wished me to have a good day....now I do get that in every Scottish ones I go to without fail but seldom even hear a word down south after the order machine
So hats off to Watford Gap today, respect where respects due 👍

Probably the busiest Mc in the country - serving its punters 24hrs a day come rain or shine.

Well hellooo, i can't resist a McDonald's breakfast if i am out and about at that time. It's peaceful and i'm sorry to say, but the service is so much faster, than during the day. I am fully for changes that actually works. However, this new way of ordering is just too time consuming. What happened to if it's not broken, don't try to fix it. It may give the staff time for the away meals. But i see no reason why those of us who get up and out early, should have to wait twice as long.

Worst experience ever, I order a medium meal, basic meal which must be all the time in McDonald's kitchen .
Time for processing and collection the food 22 Minutes , YES , 22 MINUTES !! Unbelievable , this McDonald's , it's called fast food ?? I presume just on the paper , but in reality , it's slow food! Honestly , don't even think to stop , wasting your time .
22 Minutes for a basic medium meal .
I can't believe and understand why it's took so long , even a team of snails , if working in this " fast food " ohh sorry " slow food " making and delivery your order faster the that.
Hopefully Google reviews will allow one day for all of us to give 0 star for situations like this.

Brilliant food. Food and service stations have a bad reputation but this McDonald's was brilliant. Food was hot and fresh. Well done to all the staff. Whilst I was waiting they managed over 50 orders and I only waited 10 minutes for my food

Great atmosphere, quality staff and great service. Food not so good, starter was battered squid, squid too skinny and batter was overcooked. Steaks were cooked ok, mine was ordered blue and came rare, my brother ordered well done Rib-eye which came medium. Accompaniments were fine but the cheesecake dessert was not, they were grainy and there was no art to the blob of blueberries on top. Overall 4/5. My comments are easy to action and I hope they will. Not value for money at this price.

Every table full of rubbish.. i had to clear one so i could sit down and eat my luke warm food not the greatest of a motorway services

McDonald's so really can't rate food or atmosphere. However, the staff were great and really seemed to be enjoying themselves while working there, which made getting food there surprisingly pleasant. Honestly, it was great to see them having fun and seeing them enjoying their job.
