Clean small McDonald's. Not great parking (very tight spots) but staff are nice and service is quick.

Unbelievably crazy busy. Never been to another McD where they've got 20 plus staff working and there was probably 30 plus bags on the counter, shelves and a table waiting to be delivered. Some where on there for at least 15 minutes that i saw and didn't get touched so were probably totally stone cold. Apart from that and the long wait we had to get our food, it was OK, seated ok and the food we had was fresh and hot.

I went into mcdonalds as drive through queue backed to the island. I was ordering & collecting a meal for a friend, half the counter & restaurant were taken over by deliveroo, uber eats drivers. Bags everywhere, you couldnt sit to wait for your order (waiting time 30 mins,) as they were prioritising the delivery meals. The actual ordering counter was taken over by staff trying to fullfill the delivery orders to get the delivery drivers out. I felt sorry for the staff, there clearly wasnt enough of them to complete take away, eat in, and delivery orders. The staff were getting verbal abuse off customers & delivery drivers. Awful environment, food cold when handed to me but after such a long wait didnt care. I apologised to my friend when i finally gave her her food. Mcdonalds needs a separate section completley for delivery meals

How can you ruin a bacon and egg roll, go to McDonalds and find out. I like runny eggs and they don't. Also in line with "progress" you're expected to order your food via a screen, meaning that the only personal contact is being passed the bag. I've never liked McDonalds and usually only use them for hot chocolate and coffee - great taste and price.

Only giving it a 4 star rating as although we got through quite quickly, the girl who served us was very indifferent. We ordered 5 drinks and she put them in a 4 cup holder. As she passed them to me they were very unstable, and I passed them to my passenger in the back and the the hot coffee went all over the floor. My little granddaughter was in the back, so it's a good job that it didn't spill all over her!!
I understand the staff must be under a lot of pressure to get things done quickly, but a little bit of common sense with the cup holders wouldn't go amiss.

The meal was okay altogether, the best route for a fast service is definitely the drive through as in the line and ordering through the machine can make you wait up to 10 minutes. The food quality is mid-okay, can be improved but is still good for a McDonalds. I guarantee to you that your food will never get messed up in the drive through but will in the restaurant itself, what I mean by this is making a burger plain etc…

Ordered ahead on the app. The drive thru was mental busy (England game looming!) So I decided to pick my order up in store. Was easy to do so but the staff didn't shout my number out and it disappeared off the screen.....so I would just make sure you have eagle eyes!

A busy maccies, no where to sit was a busy time and on a retail park so wasn't expecting to. The car park was small but there was space and could always cross the road for loads of space. The highlight of being here was that the food took less than 5 mins to get to us despite being busy so it was good to have fast food when we wanted it.
