McDonald's

Quick and often very friendly service, but if ordering delivery, items are frequently missing. The food is great but it does get really busy in the drive-thru.

Worst Mcdonalds I've been to in the world. Waited 30 minutes for my order, and when it died arrive was barely like warm. The cokes were flat and a little watery. Avoid at all cost drive/ walk out to another restaurant in the city. (It'll be quicker) felt sorry for the staff, who looked lost. Normally a Mcdonals looks like a fun place to work not on this occasion.

Always nice to visit (as far as any franchise business goes). Always clean and staff are friendly. Food is usually served quickly and accurately. My only gripe is with McDonald's and the delivery services they collaborate with as it seems a lot of the time that their orders take preference, which is unfair to customers that actually make the effort to physically visit their restaurants.

I do find that sometimes the food is a little bit scrappy on presentation, I do realise the timescale that is being put staff but just a little more attention to detail would go a long way, I used to be a chef so I do know what I'm talking about, also the lack of milkshakes get annoying

Probably the most unpleasant Mc Donald's branch around. Huge numbers of delivery service drivers crowding the counter pushing past everyone else creating an aggressive atmosphere. The whole place was chaotic and service was slow.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Lincoln and was overall satisfied with my experience. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The food was hot and tasted great, as expected. My only complaint was that the restaurant had a few rowdy teenagers. Overall, I would give this McDonald's a solid 4 stars.

Absolute joke milkshake where literally just flavoured milk took them back only to be given the same again not good enough

Sooo not the best experience. Was traveling back from Lincoln to Manchester at 19.30.

this and was hungry and figured avoid the services get some food to go. There was a small queue at the drive through but they usually go down quick.

No so, queue too a good while and once your in it your trapped like most drive through. So settling in I finally go to the disembodied voice to order. Large BIG MAC meal please.

Bare in mind 19.30 on a Monday. "Sorry we don't have any big macs". That should have been a clue right there.

2 cheeseburgers and fries please. OK 👌

Finally got to the window paid got my food and was out a 15 minute ish experience. I hit the road and grab a cheeseburger to barely warm, dry at the edges. Fries soggy and barely any heat.

Staff seemed OK but I don't half wish I'd have stopped at a services instead. Find another or something else in my opinion there's defo something or somethings not working or managed right at this place for so many things to be bad at once.
