Not much of a human service, should rebrand "TEC Donald's" and bring in the robots already!

Total nightmare, drivers, walk in customers and cash customers getting mixed up with no definitive place to stand, always getting in the way of someone and apologizing, anxious queuing is now a thing! Though Macy D's was the king of systemic regimented in our eating...

Good job on the staff for managing what looks like total panic stations, this experience makes me feel bad for placing another order to add to their nightmare!! Sort it out Macdonald's!

If I could give no stars I would. An order was placed via the app Just Eat at 5pm. We were given an ETA but essentially by 5:40 we'd have our food give or take. This was later amended to 6:15. Not a massive issue, Friday night we assumed they were busy. Doorbell went at 20:10 - delivery! The poor driver was somewhat surprised when I explained he had to take it back, I guess the 1 star goes to the driver as it wasn't his fault. I expect I'll have a fight to get my money back, as undoubtedly they'll say it was delivered. Never again.

A lady who worked there but her shift was over, had her outdoor clothing off, coughed in her hand and decided to involve herself with my order, handling my food. I was put off by this so asked if I could get a replacement and explained why, her attitude was awful and made me request a refund.
I shouldn't be made to feel like a problem because I don't want germs from her mouth all over my food.
She needs training on hygiene and customer service!!!
She was a mature lady with short grey hair.

It's fine. About as good as McDonald's gets. Toilets are clean, service is fast, usually enough seating present. Orders are usually not wrong. Ice cream machine usually works and apple pies are usually in stock.

Food was tasty 😋and the staff nice and friendly, positive attitude ,
outside the door was a hostile atmosphere with couple of people standing and smoking 🚬 obstructing the entrance,
A bit of general cleaning 🧽 🧼 🧹 will be useful as well,

What happened? No salt on my chips so basically tasteless, my drink was missing about an inch from the top with majority being ice and my burger.....i dont even know what to say, i can only show you.

Delivery - Ordered 20 nuggets and 12 Cheese dippers but NO dips. Food was too cold, even allowing for the fact it was delivered. Chips and Fillet o Fish went in the bin. Shame

Busy with delivery drivers and slow service. Always seems somewhat chaotic here and sometimes food is cold. Usually I have to wait a while. Very steep stairs.
