McDonald's

Went in and ordered a strawberry milkshake at 16:57 and didn't get it until 17:17. Twenty minutes of waiting. Had to ask a worker there called Graham to get it for me. Was number 62 and I watched it go from the "preparing" side of the screen to the "ready" part. Then back over to "preparing" then it disappearing over the course of 20 minutes before I alerted Graham. Pathetic. Won't be going back.

Happy with the food but it seems that people dining in take second place to drive-through orders. It took a while for our party of 6 (4 adults & 2 children) to have the food brought out to us. I’m not a great fan of the electronic ordering screens but they do result in more accurate orders and avoid having to hang around near the counter. Glad that ketchup is still available by self-service rather than the pesky sachets.

This McDonalds is in a convenient spot with good parking nearby in a retail park.

Honestly the worst McDonald's in the west of Scotland. Never is there an order that isn't missing half its items, half of it wrong, or just completely forgotten about whilst you're left sitting parked up like a spare knob. Just back from a drive through and as usual there are items missing, but nobody is paying any attention to me sitting in the drive through blaring my horn so I have to go in and my food is now cold. Get home and they've forgotten to put cheese on JUST ONE of the two cheese burgers??? The fact that these people even get minimum wage amazes me when they can't even read a ticket and match the items in the bag. Preschool stuff.

Girl who was handing out food had serious attitude! She got the order wrong, “thats not whats on my screen” , my reply “ i checked the screen as i was paying and it was correct!” , not the girl who took my order who was lovely, when tried to say about it food bag got practically flung at me!

Food has always been accurate and tasty. The dining area is tidy and clean. No "magic moments" but nothing to complain about either.

Round the DT for breakfast this morning at 10.45, waited at the lay by until after 11 only to get home and see my order was wrong and had items missing even though the receipt attached to the bag was my correct order and I had been charged in full for it! Maybe check the bag before giving it out in future? And the girl who passed me it at the window after waiting had a stinking attitude

Im from France , and i never saw positive and motivated employees in a McDonald like at Dumbarton. Have a good day !

Ordered a delivery today £28 came late the juice was spilt and in the food order not heat bag no mask worn by driver phoned up McDonald’s to see about it getting re delivered or a refund to be told that I need to take it up with Uber as it’s them that deal with these problems staff was rude and wasn’t interested in my complaint got the number for head office be grudgingly still no further on we are all still hungry and I am £28 out of pocket total disgrace I won’t be returning again and neither will the 5 other people who this has effected
