Poor quality frozen food and overpriced

I ordered from here tonight the donor meat was rock solid looked like it had been sitting for days. The chips and cheese had no cheese on it. I took it down to the shop and they refused me a refund said I had to contact just eat. They took the food off me and wouldn’t let me take photos to prove it! I’m taking this to trading standards as well. Absolutely shocking!

1st time ordering and will definitely be ordering again!!!
Food was hot , delicious & plenty of it. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be!

Food was over an hour later than expected and cold.
