McDonald's

This place was very useful to stop by after a karaoke night in Cardiff city centere .I had a vegan plant McDonald's burger for the 1st time & it was very delicious 😋 I highly recommend it !! Also tried vegan chicken nuggets w/ sweet & sour sauce & they were very good ,too!! If you're expecting a fake meat version,then you might get disappointed as it's not ,more like hushbrown meets samosa like ,simple potato croquettes type w/ sweet corns inside ! I prefer this over highly processed foods ! If given choices in between ! I had 'em w/ slices of cucumbers in a packed bag. I really enjoyed 'em all !! I highly recommend this way so that you can have some raw veggies & more veggies together !! I find them addictive !! Lol.

Terrible service, the manager unprofessional and impolite, the security abused his power by pushing me outside.
I’m a delivery driver and was picking up two orders. One was already given to me and I was waiting for the second by the till. Behind me were a few delivery drivers who came after me. And all of a sudden security comes up to me and rudely says that I have to leave and wait outside.
Long story short, I don’t like writing bad reviews but in this situation it wasn’t bad service it was just abuse.
Will make a formal complaint.

I honestly dont know if someone there has a personal vendetta against me or something, but I don't get maccies often yet its like the 5th time I've recieved a frozen hashbrown and a coke?
I order a hashbrown + coffee.
(The pale bits are all frozen, and no thats not oil, its water from the ice😂)

Absolutely diabolical, queued for ages waiting for food, served food to be told no hot drinks after ordering coffee on a cold day. Wasn't told at time of ordering that there was no hot drinks. I was then told to go to back of the queue ( about 26 people) to get a refund for the hot drink I couldn't have. Meantime my food would be getting cold. I said I would queue but wanted fresh food when getting back to the counter, I was told no, they'll keep it warm. I wasn't having that!!! So asked for manager, explained the situation and in 2 seconds I had my refund. WHY ALL THE FUSS?

I'm outraged to the extreme. Why the ingredients for McMuffin do not indicate what kind of meat is contained in the cutlet. Is it pork, beef or chicken. Since a Muslim, a Jew, may come to you, and he may not be happy that he ate a pork cutlet.

Ordered breakfast before 11am. Was waiting in the que for over 10 minutes then when i went to ask where my order was he looked puzzled. He then went on to inform me that they had run out of hashbrowns. They didn’t even tell me i was just standing there like a fool. Asked for a refund and received bad manners. Will never eat here again.

This dump has to be worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The place is filthy, rubbish all over the floor. As for the food, it is absolutely revolting, dry, chewy and freezing cold. If you are ever in Cardiff, do not eat in this place!

Food was cold, forgot half of the fillings for our burger, soggy fries with no seasoning, hot chocolate was basically 95% water. Was waiting for my friend to get her order and was kicked out of the restaurant for standing with them.
