McDonald's Drive Thru

Lush McDonald's, has wireless charging ports so can charge your phone whilst you eat, food was hot and fast. Also the place was very clean and had an outdoor play area for smaller children. The decor was very modern and stylish and staff were friendly

Drive through can be hit and miss. Polite and helpful staff. Sometimes they forget the receipt and don't offer serviettes, other times they provide them automatically. Due to the closeness to the adjacent building, it can get fumey in the queue from car exhausts.

This McDonald’s is unpleasant and unreliable. They need to stop taking online orders, Uber eats and orders in restaurant as the incompetent bone idle staff can’t handle it.
Stopped eating McDonald’s years ago and decided to treat myself when this one opened. I ordered about 6 items for myself and someone else where 4 items were missing and I was only refunded for the drink. The food was half an hour late, cold and unpleasant.
I believed this was a one off so I went back and ordered the same on Uber eats. 2 items missing again and one of the orders was wrong. I was never refunded.
I was hesitant to order again but due to my family wanting food I ordered along with them. I ordered the veggie dippers and a few more items for my family. After waiting 40 minutes in the restaurant (which is absolutely shocking) whilst watching staff stand there and chat looking confused and helpless I checked the bag outside to ensure they didn’t miss any items and 4 items were missing again AND there was chicken in my order and I ordered veggie dippers. I am vegan and have a severe allergy and this could have made me seriously unwell.
I felt silly ordering the 3rd time so I stopped however, my family continued to order a few more times until we realised that they would never get the order right. Clearly we have some responsibility to have not continued to order after the second time but it should be expected to get bare minimum service. The staff need replacing as we’ve been told that they’re trained so clearly they can’t handle the job and need something slower paced. They’re paid above minimum wage for giving below minimum effort.

Missing food every time...

Just last night I had to walk back to the serving hatch to get missing burgers from my order, they forget children's happy meals and drinks. Order sugar Donuts and they just give you millionaire Donuts instead which my children don't like.

THE ICE CREAM AND MILK SHAKES ARE LITERALLY NEVER ON WHEN I GO THERE... so irritating.

My children always have plain cheeseburgers and the kids making these things must be taking the Mick because they often come with a single pickle on or the other day my daughter spat it out and when I tasted it it was covered in salt and pepper and it went in the bin.

Honestly worth just driving to the Junction one which is always mistake free and untampered with.

Just got home with my order, the burger had a strange shaped chunk missing, there were 2 sauce covered chunks in the corner of the box (none on it), 2 very small pieces of lettuce about an inch long, also not in the burger. And the most disgusting thing was the obviously expired piece of cheese. (Obvious because the edges were hard and going dark and see-through)... I ended up just throwing it away and sending an email.

Normally always use the drive through but we chose to eat in this time...Big mistake. First couldn't find a table marker so used machine to order and then que. Waited a good 25 mins after ordering. Got order and went upstairs as no seating available ground floor. Checking order once seated and Items forgot with order. Fortunately the staff upstairs were very helpful but I didn't realise 3 items missing which meant 3 times asking for assistance for missing items. Toilets dirty. Never again.

Kept waiting ages they serve the drove through mainly a lot quicker. The food was cold when I raised a complaint on the Mcdonald's app. was just told to complain to Just Eat had no interest. Will not be calling again here.

One of the worst designed McDonald's I have been to, cramped downstairs and people queue outside whilst waiting for their order. Got to say the service upstairs from the older gentleman was spot on, maybe he should be teaching the younger people this art.
