Pizza Pan

A waste of money!! Waited over a hour for delivery and some of the order was wrong and all was cold, phoned to complain they replaced the burger and sent 4 chips, really poor when we had spent £42 and couldn't eat any of it. Delivery turned up with replacement 45 mins later. Rubbish food, very slow delivery and bad customer service from the manager. Must say the girl who answered phone was really nice and tried to help but manager did not want to know. Only order from here if you dont mind wasting your money!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed an order on Just Eat at 6pm for delivery at 8.15pm. Order turned up at 9.40, stone cold, wrong order , absolutely disgusting food, never will we order again. Save your money and go to Asda Pizza counter

Overall food is very nice, burgers kebabs and pizzas 5* but have to give a 4* as for some reason he puts some sort of paprika seasoning on the chips and it's disgusting especially if you don't like paprika! You don't get a choice if you want it or not so disappointed everytime I order
Also when the chips are in the trays by the time you sit down to eat them they're like chewing bricks where if they're in the bag then they stay fresh

I’m not the type of person too leave bad reviews but the service here is terrible. Ordered a 14 inch and a 10inch pizza deal and they sent me a 7 inch and 9inch! They refused to believe they were in the wrong even when I had proof of my order online! Man on the phone was very rude

AVOID. Awful pizza. Thought to support local traders. Turned out wrong choice. Pizza was very soggy, and toppings totally tasteless. Obviously uses very cheap ingredients. Never to go there again.

Great hot fresh pizza, quick delivery

order took over an hour to arrive when we rung it said it left and the shop is a 5 min drive took 25 mins after i rung for it to arrive

If I could give 0 stars I would - shocking food and shocking service! When it first opened food was stunning and arrived hot - not sure what’s changed but now takes 2hrs to arrive and cold, burnt and stale when arrives. Given them more than the benefit of the doubt now; I appreciate all places can deliver the odd ‘off’ meal - but our past 3 orders have been inedible so won’t be ordering again unfortunately!!! Service rated down as asked for a refund and they said they would ring back.... no reply!! Chased the refund and told I had to travel to the shop to pick up cash refund! Such a shame for what was once a decent takeaway!!!
