Came in for a quick dinner as worked late. I've been waiting for 15 minutes already and was curious to see of I had time to write a review while waiting for my food. Still waiting after 20 minutes and haven't even tried the food yet! This is not cordon blue food and I would have been served quicker I had gone to the pub! Never coming to this one again.

The large manager firstly was very rude and upfront, I ordered my food to be taken out and it was given to me on a tray so I said I ordered to be taken away and he handed me a bag to pack myself. Quite frankly I am outraged by his behavior as he is the manager and should be the kindest of all workers, not only that he was casually talking to his workers instead of them actually making my food which took longer than usual. Do not come here on a Wednesday!!!!

This is me and my friends half way McDonald's meet up place. The service is always good in here, food is consistent, but we love the atmosphere in here as you can sit, chat and there's no rush. Tea's are particularly good in here. Free parking and drive through. Also toilet facilities if needed 👍

Service is slow, even at the best of times. Quiet? then expect 10-15min wait if you are lucky! orders often come out wrong and most recently my burger came out with a piece of it missing. Looked like it had been ripped off by something but good enough to serve apparently! Avoid it.

We visited Coryton December 5th and decided to eat in after a 12 o’clock appointment at The Velindre, so it would have been early afternoon. The two female members of staff who we spoke with during the visit were helpful and polite. ⭐️ What hit us on arrival was the cleanliness, the available empty table was freshly wiped. ⭐️ milkshakes available machine working! ⭐️ Food as expected (vegetarian option available)⭐️ Toilet available to use and clean (disabled toilet used)⭐️ by far the best branch I have visited in a long time, I would go as far as to say in years! Thankyou five star

Worse service I have had in a very long time. From the person who took the order to the person at payment window and person where you get the orders. All where rude, poor attitude and generally left me feeling angry at the way we were treated!

Most useless, incompetent McDonald's in the UK. The drive thru server was utterly hopeless. Asked for chocolate milkshake, given vanillas. Asked for 6 bbq dips (had cheek to charge us 10p each!) given ketchup instead and wrong change for the dips. Plus randomly given somebody else's order! To top it off, everything was stone cold with limp soggy fries. We discovered these 'surprises' when we got home 🤬
