Absolutely shocking. Ordered through the app and collected through drive thru. Added extras on my mccrispy and a share box of the nacho bites and when I get home, all my dips are missing and the extra cheese and bacon I added onto my burger nowherere go be seen even though the special sticker is on the box of the burger. I am absolutely fuming that the extra money I paid for it and they haven't put it on. All my food was cold as well. They're normally really good but this is not good at all and they weren't even busy!

It baffles me how this store can be so consistently useless with their drive through. Comfortably the slowest I’ve ever been today. Today took 22 minutes from paying to getting the food - in between which I was asked to park in the car park. Then staff were coming out asking all the cars what they’d ordered as they had no idea who was who. Finally got the food and the guy acted like he’d done me a favour, no hint of an apology. Don’t bother if you want your food quickly

Got a just eat takeaway from this place. Was 2 bigmac meals which cost almost £17 It was stone cold and tasted disgusting. Messaged the company and after waiting some time was refunded a big £4.64 what a joke. Oh and the best of it was it was refunded to my account so no chance of seeing that again as will not be ordering from it ever again. When I asked them why it was such a low refund was told its their policy and not to take it any further a it was not be overturned.
What a joke for a company!!!

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s iv ever visited. Every single time there is an issue with the order never mind the ridiculous wait times you have to endure. From placing my order to receiving my food I waited 42 minutes this evening ,cold soggy chips and missing cheese bites. Honestly I’d rather drive to Rhyl or Llandudno junction it would be a whole lot easier and quicker!

MY LORD!!. I asked for a caramel frappe and I got a different drink, me as a person didn't want to make a convenience I decided to take the drink. I was in the car and it turns out there was a leak in the cup and coffe had gone everywhere, there was also two lids on it. My chips were cold and my burger was also cold. I went through the drive through and not only was the staff VERY slow, they also cut across you when you're talking. Never again.

After waiting about 25 minutes for our order, they sold pancakes for my children that were stale, as solid as plastic and not fit for human consumption.
When speaking to the manager who claimed her name is Lucy, she denied there was anything wrong with the food. Stated solid plastic texture was due to the pancake being ten minutes older than the other set that were soft. Very hostile, lacked any genuine empathy, compassion or service standards. Refused to give her surname. Be careful if you buy food here for your children. Potentially a serious health risk consuming food from this Mcdonalds based on my experience.

Really rude woman at the collection window! Told to 'go find a space we'll bring it when ifts ready' asked if she could put bbq sauce in the bag to be told 'yeah yeah just go and park'
Food arrived, no bbq sauce.
Then I got home to find the food wrong! I don't understand how they can get something so simple so wrong! It's clearly there in black and white!
I Wouldn't waste your time.

Always forget food off your order.
Ordered a deluxe hot chocolate, came half a cup with no cream or anything deluxe about it. Ordered the festive coffee, cold when we got it. The service is just poor.
