KFC Cardiff - Newport Road

Clean and professional services! Parking space and plenty of seating spaces! Rapidly served and automated system of order! Plenty of choices and according with peoples budget! Small portions for a teenage boy. Too "synthetic " for my style of food! Definitely first choice when we need something like freshly cooked and fried! Not herbal tea or gluten free choices but for majority of customers is fine without it!

It was one of the best KFC we've had in a long time it's the first time I've had from here as I was visiting family in Cardiff they thoroughly enjoyed it ....chips could have been a bit crispy but service quick .

Toilets were dirty, seating area was dirty and the designated crossing filled with rubbish.
Ordered through the digital screen with table service selected. When the food was ready, the staff shouted to come and collect. Currently have multiple ligament injuries in one knee hence the reason for selecting the table service option. Was left to struggle to collect on crutches and take back to the table. This is my first ever 1 star review and this KFC has well earned it.

I purchased a 8 piece bucket of chicken and when I checked the contents after arriving home I was very annoyed that it contained 7 drumsticks and 1 thigh piece.... I thought that it is supposed contain a selection of different chicken pieces which wasn't what I got... Perhaps if my family and I were eating in the restaurant then they would given us a proper selection... Perhaps the staff need training on what the word selection actually means...FFS

Freezing cold as heating broken. Not much stock so refunds needed and could count the number of chips they were so small.

It was very cold inside no heating as far as I could tell and it made fr an uncomfortable meal

Food was nice, could not enjoy it inside the restaurant, as there was no heating and colder in there than out side. To top it off also no hit drinks. This was on 2/1/23

I'm really sorry to do this, but it seems my face to face feedback didn't work. I like KFC. I also like corn! I was trying to understand why in KFC Newport Road the person/people who prepare corn 🌽 do it this way. See picture. Usually there is a paper ending on both ends of the closing film, that allows you to easily pull and open the corn. I have never get this right. I always have to fight with this film to open it. Recently also the wooden stick is missing too.
Please please please, make life easier. Do it correctly. Is this some personal corn vendetta? Yes, I am talking to you prep person! Thank you for wasting my time 😉
