KFC Newport

I had 2 of vegan burgers 🍔 ( 1 at £ 4.49 ) & a side salad at £1.49 ,& a coleslaw for £ 1.49 as well ,so spent total of £ 11.96 ) They were all delicious !! The salad came w/ sour yogurt dressing on it . This store was very clean & new ,at a very convenient location on the upstairs of the Friars Walk shopping center ! You won't miss it ! 1 complain for the vegan burger is it only had lettuce on it ! I wish if it came with a slice of tomatoes or pickles !? Maybe there's a good reason not to ?? But,anyway ,it tasted so - good ,just like the regular fried chicken they used the same / infamous spices !! So,that was so~ awesome / nostalgic to me as I grew up on them !! It was almost our family X'mas staple in Japan !! As a kid / teen there ! Lol. They promote it as a X'mas meal package during Nov.& Dec.there in Tokyo ! I'm sure they still do that !? Lol.I think veganism has come so far now as KFC make it available & catering to vegans !!! It kind of makes me cry !! Haha . Try their vegan burgers !!! So yummy 😋 I highly recommend it to both vegans/ vegetarians ,even meat eaters !!!

The staff politely served; however, I definitely need more team as been waiting 10 minutes just for someone to come to serve at the counter (I was first in the queue) and another 17 minutes to be delivered the food I’ve ordered. Not recommend for your lunch break, fast food is become slow food.

The automatic button for the door wasnt working! There was a odour of urine, the floor was disgusting - wet floor, most tables were dirty too. The burger meal we ordered had a fillet that only filled half the burger bun.

Cashier called Masooma gave me the wrong order. I had called to see if I can come and get the correct order but she was disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. Not even a sorry. A minimum amount of respect should be expected from the staff. Disappointing…

Unbelievable … no matter what time you go nothing should be burnt and taste like it was cooked an hour ago

Staff were lovely & polite and wanted to help but I was put off by the general untidy, dirty presentation from outside / in also the deliveroo/uber etc were given prefence , Friars Walk cleanliness is bad so seeing this has put me off eating there

Was Really Looking Forward To A Christmas Treat in KFC 🍗 was with My Sister, Niece ,Great Niece
. When I Was told the ice cream machine wasn't working and hadn't been for 2 weeks i love ice cream so we left disappointed.

Ordered a 10 peice hot wings meal, only received 7, I know newport education is bad but I never thought counting to 10 would be an issue! Zinger tower burger came without salsa so in effect just a chicken burger. No one wants to work on Boxing Day but if I'm paying for something, I expect to receive what I've paid for!! GET A GRIP!!
