One of better McDonalds I've been to in ages, Staff were clean & tidy, restaurant was clean - food was quick, tasted good and service overall was good - staff did well to deal with idiotic youths from local rygby club who were using obscenities and making a mess and causing a nuisance

Ordered double sausage muffing which took over 10 minutes before I got my meal, once it arrived I only had half a bun looked like it had been eaten. I raised this with staff which they dismissed it as normal. No replacement or apologies so I left. Shocking food and service I won't be recommending or going back.

Ordered through the app to vehicle parking, app is awful to navigate and doesn't allow for complaints. Waited roughly 35 minutes for barely warm food, large fries boxes half full. Abysmal really. Didn't realise until driven off too

I went there last night for food with my partner and they completely messed up the order saying it was their first night which I understood but when I explained to the manager at the next window to make sure my order was correct, she was really rude about it and was practically blaming me saying I should have checked the screen which I didn't have time to do when the card machine was shoved in my face! If they had listened to what I had said in the first place then it wouldn't have been wrong. they didn't even tell me that they had run out of the meal that my partner wanted and looked confused when I wanted to replace it with something else.. absolutely appalling attitude and management of the error that THEY caused.

Had to add 2more sachets of sugar and still no difference, simply muddy water.
Not sure what I was expecting from this type of restaurant, I don’t normally go there, won’t go there again

It has recently become very slow on service and for some reason have not had coffee on NUMEROUS visits over the past yr. Today Sunday 13/11/22 after queuing for [an age], we then had to wait a further 10 minutes at the exit for the occupants of the car in front to be served their food, only for them to be served their food in dribs & drabs which must have been warm/cold by the time they got it. Someone needs to up their game. We spent nothing as coffee was once again unavailable.

This Mc Donald’s do not allow changes to be made to a meal one day then it’s fine on another. Todays excuse ‘the tills don’t let me’
I think some re training is needed here on how to use the till system. This is a constant problem at this store. Never have this issue anywhere else.

Good thing was the warm chips. Burgers were cold because I had a few minutes waiting for the chips, they only put one in when I had an order for 2, I realised a little late and had to go back round to get them and the gentleman serving me was quite rude when he was trying to pass me a meal and I explained I spoke over the tannoy to another gentleman about missing a large chips and he did eventually go and get my chips. Prior to this the other server, a woman, just started at me for some reason. I won't be going back.
