McDonald's

I go to McDonalds as a treat once a month for lunch. I ordered a Canadian Burger meal and 6 McNuggets.
From the moment I pulled up at the drive-thru, the customer service was excellent. Topped off with the experience of the best burger I've ever had from any Mcdonalds. Nothing fell out, it looked and tasted like it was so delicately put together.

Every time we go to this place we are missing something. Last time we ordered Fillet-O-Fish and ended up with an extra 6 chicken nuggets. Check your order before you drive off! Also, they can't seem to work the drive through screens properly. I arrived on one screen and did not get served. Another car pulled up at the second screen and got served immediately. Hopeless.

Ordered a big tasty in the drive thru (favourite on the menu), asked for no salad or jalapeño etc but requiredthe sauce. Asked again at the payment till that the big tasty would include b.t. sauce. However, I was served a very expensive plain tasty burger in a sesamed bun which made it incredibly dry and over priced for a basic burger. A car of unhappy customers.

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Every single delivery we have had from this store has had food missing. Which isn’t fine, although we can refund it… we had ordered today 4 meals and some chicken nuggets. All that came were chips. Couldn’t even be bothered to send the drinks either. Absolutely disgraceful service, I think this store seriously needs some investigating and I will be contacting Head Office as this is getting beyond and almost feels like it’s being done on purpose m.

Awful McDonalds. Ordered a big Mac meal with just cheese, states just cheese on the label, yet has all sauces and salads on it. Always messing something up on orders yet when you call and complain they tell you to contact Uber eats or just eat. THEY DON'T COOK THE MEALS YOU DO.

had ordered a big tasty with bacon and no tomatoes a few weeks back, completely disobeyed my order. added tomatoes and didn’t add my bacon. chips were cold and not salted. burger was also practically cold. coca cola had ice in after i asked for it to be taken out. staff didn’t seem to care.

Ordered a happy meal and a chicken select and a medium coke what arrived was a mccrispy... and just that...
The driver said that the workers just gave it to him with no ticket and the bag arrived open... when we tried to call to find out what happened the line rang out and then when we tried to call back again it was suddenly oft the hook so obviously the workers had taken it off to not deal with the call...

Me and my 2 daughter came for a little snack and we bought a apple pie to share between the three of us my daughter was petrified when she bit into the apple pie she screamed chicken so I decided to try myself and as soon as my mouth hit the surface of the apple pie my eyes life before my eyes because I though I was eating a 4 course Nando’s chicken burger meal and I mean it ! Pleas can SOMONE make sure that they're aren’t mixing up the ingredients with the chicken nuggets #newflaverslearnet
