KFC Ebbw Vale - Waun y Pond Road

Ordered food on the App before collection in store. When I arrived just tapped on the App that I ready to collect. Didn't have to wait long. However, screens telling you your order was ready not working, so had to listen out for the staff to call out number. This wasn't easy as in-store music was loud.
Chicken was good. Very tasty and tender, but got about 15 chips small American fries for £1.49 and not that good.
Will probably buy chicken in a large food store next time and save money.
Unfortunately, not quite as good as Miss Millie's.

Easy access and speedy service. The Chicken was not over cooked or too oily as that seems to be a theme in many KFC branches. Big parking lot with plenty of spaces and conveniently located on the main road. I Will certainly be going back when I'm in need for a fast meal on the go

Food is faster than most KFCs
Touch screens are bogging an never any ticket paper so remember ur order code

The food seemed fine when eating, it was hot & fresh. The next day both myself & grandfather came down with food poisoning. We both ordered the exact same meal. Staff were friendly, inside was fairly clean. Never reported the food poisoning as neither of us realised the other had been ill from it until talking a few days later. Won't go back to this kfc again.

Been 1st time but most unlikely experience . Hotwings was very old not warm i think cooked hours ago and keeping it warm . . Chips are very bad cold and not cooked . Zinger burger was not properly stacked. Very bad customer service not even simple smile . They didn't even asked me take away or dine in. Bad bad bad 👎 😑

New to KFC but assistant was helpful and explained how to place an order. No beans available on the menu but service was prompt, not busy at the time. Staff changeover appeared to be taking place but not a positive atmosphere between staff

It will never cease to amaze me how a restaurant can mess up orders as often as these lot.. whether it’s bucket meals or individual items I am constantly missing an item or they’re putting in alternative items instead of ordered item… the kids that work here need a kick up the backside all chatting and giggling away leading to errors the last 3 times I’ve been here I am done with EBBW VALE’s KFC the staff are jumped up kids who seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than getting on with their jobs and getting the orders right … avoid this restaurant go elsewhere

Dirty black seats that are in need of deep cleaning along with frames.
Overall eating area was dirty and greasy.
Needs a full revamp
