There is a particular member of staff, a young man with long hair tied back. He was stood by entrance. He welcomed, greeted and helped everyone. Engaged in conversations with all of the children. He made sure that everyone had what they needed. I've never had such great service at a fast food restaurant. Well done, you are a treasure. Thank you.

Absolute shambles - I went on my way to work to fetch two lattes both of which were large but I got medium serving in both cups which is rubbish but becoming a regular thing all over the country not just here. And after a long shift I went on my way back at about four o'clock in the morning and had a chicken select and chilli cheese bites and when I got back to my hotel the fries were like they'd been out all day and there was no sauce for either of the items and I just couldn't be bothered to go back and fetch some to be honest it's the last in a long line of absolute dire service and food and drink servings for which I won't be going back for either

I ordered no cheese, no sauce and no salad on the burgers and there was still cheese on the burgers. I ordered no sauce on the wrap and there was mayo. I went in once to change the burgers, got home and to my disappointment the wrap was a mess up too. So not only did I go through the drive through, I had to go in and still the order was wrong when I got home. The staff need to pay attention to the order. This is not the first, third or even fifth mistake they have made. You have to double check your order before leaving them……. Come on mun.

Never ,ever again !!! Kids playing about with my order , you could see them waiting for my reaction, was then told to park up and my order would be with me shortly! ,I waited 25mins ,went to the drive through again had my money back ,NEVER AGAIN!!!

Always cleaning where they prepare the food but the dining area is absolutely disgusting. Old food everywhere, squashed into the floor and considering I went there in the early hours when they were empty, they had plenty of time to get out and clean it up

I am very disappointed, I went through the drive thru and asked for two cokes and when I arrived at the window to collect, they gave me two small sprites. I then told the lady I didn’t ask for small sprites and she had taken them back, however one of the managers molly had been extremely rude and decided to say nasty things such as “ this is how they get cheap drinks “ and continued to say other horrible things while we were at the window. This is very unprofessional especially for a managers position. We would be willing to pay for the Cokes that we ordered as we only payed for small but instead she chose to be unprofessional and rude.

Ordered cheese melt dippers only had 3 in a bag. Then the chips were cold and hard and had to chuck them in the bin. Could understand a one off but that's the second time now I've had poor food from there! Won't be rushing back that's for sure!

Friendly customer service, I am not crazy about having to pay 5p for the take out paper bag, who brings their own bag to McDonald's? Great there is a choice not to have a bag though and save the planet
