Service good however, have had good experience in the past and have sent a review however recently food dreadful have complained a few times definitely my last time going especially after giving 3 chances previously.

This was the worst McDonald's meal qeve ever eaten. There was no salt no sauces no mayo. The chips and chicken wrap were cold. Then to top it all there were no milkshakes nor Mcflurry ice creams as the milk machine was broken. Not sure where management was on this day. Need to have a complete renewal of staff for this place to run correctly.

It's a Maccies, what is there to say.. it had a drive through and parking area... but got our food and set off for home only to find out they hadn't put 1 of the burgers in the bag, was too far away to turn around and go back as we was already into our 80 mile home drive.

Stopped off here with my boyfriend's dad on our way to check the caravan. There was a lovely gentleman who served us at the till, never actually caught his name! He was an older gentleman who had just started and was still figuring out how to put food orders through. He thanked us for being so patient with him while he was still learning. We had a nice chat with him and the rest of the staff, who were all very pleasant

Staff needs sorting out, ordered 1 big mac only cheese and ordered a small cheese burger only cheese again, and both of them came with salads that i dont like. What a waste of £6.50 This was at 10:30pm after i'd finish work and was absolutely starving, what is worse i had driven 15mins home to find out they'd had my order wrong, then had to cook something, this has happened several times before, sort it out🤬🤬.

The chips were cold and the Chicken Selects were really flakey. Not much in the McFlurry either.

Took my daughter to disabled toilet as ladies were full. The toilet was disgusting with urine on seat, pieces of toilet roll all over the floor. Tables not cleaned in restaurant, floors not swept as paper and napkins all over floor, tables not wiped after people have vacated them. Staff behind counter with own coats on after coming from outside. Staff too busy talking to friends rather than thinking about customers and cleanliness of restaurant and toilet

Everything was cold except my coffee which was half full and the food was customised so you'd expect them to be hot or warm at least. Also the floor was filthy and behind the counter food on the floor despite some staff just standing around. Worst local McDonald's for sure
