McDonald's

Pretty half arsed customer service. The food was clearly put together with minimal effort as the burger contents were falling out of the box so I had to rebuild my burger before I could eat it

Seriously there is just no need in this... im now boycotting newport road mcdonalds . Because this is the 5th time this week I've ordered 4 large lattes and im given half a
cup on each of then Im sick of ringing them about it an getting a reply of the machine is broken .. well either fix it or stop serving from that machine..im paying you for 4 large latte I expect 4 large latte not 4 mediums . Im not even excepting the free drinks any more because even they are half a cup .. what a waste of my money..

If i could give a big fat 0 i would. The meal arrived on the table cold, the big tasty looked like it had been thrown together and then thrown in the box with what looked like lettuce and then left to go cold, i will no longer use this McDonald's as when tried to take back they were more focused on their deliveries, so left after throwing in the bin. So much for the in house experience, this is truly lost to the delivery side.

Please see picture attached as the fillet of fish seems to be from another dimension. Also, to get to THAT fillet of fish burger I had to wait 30 minutes in drive through of a FAST food restaurant. When I went to return the BURGER, I was asked "what's wrong with it?"

Everything was fine apart from the lobby host with a bee in her bonnet about people eating in. She didn't greet any of the customers, mopped around us and repeatedly hit my chair with her mop. We tidied up after ourselves as we always do. I just don't understand her attitude, and would suggest being a lobby host is not a job for her if she can't respect her store, her customers, or herself. Large areas of the dining area were closed off which I know is common practice at certain stores around the time we went... but if she didn't want anyone to eat in the open section (opposite the tills), maybe she should have closed it all off (even though you're not meant to officially close any of it until eat in service closes) or said something.

Other than that, food was fine, no manager presence on front counter (one appeared to hide in the presenter booth) which might have role modelled better behaviours across the board had she done her job. Not sure if we'll be back; might give Burger King a visit next time we're that way.

Worst decision McDonald's ever made was allowing this guy to buy up all the franchise's. There's never any stock here and I'm.not talking about the routine "we have no ice the machines broken" I went through 3 days in a row (on route to work) and each day was told they weren't serving that day due to waiting for deliveries,
The staff are hit and miss too, there's a couple who are really good and I empathise with them, they must take more abuse than a person should when they're just trying to earn some money.

It's a shame as this branch was once the best in cardiff

I've been going to this McDonald's a long time and the service and quality of the food has definitely dropped. They seem to prioritise deliveries over people in the restaurant and at busy times it's chaos now with all the delivery drivers parking everywhere out the front and taking up tables inside also lots of teenagers hanging around inside not eating but causing trouble. McDonald's this needs improving now

It's very busy at the moment (13:25) . Long queue on the drive- thru so we left it.
