Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff, well laid out and organised.

Always a friendly reception even if you are obviously not a trader even though the appearance is of trade only.
Yard staff are hard pressed but always willing to help. Recommend avoiding first hour of the day if you are only collecting small quantities.

Placed a substantial order for delivery and some items delivered didn’t match order. Because nobody signed delivery they argued “not out fault or problem “ 🤷‍♂️
and wouldn’t swap for correct items .
I explained the whole shipment was still steel banded on pallets so could have only come from their yard and their mistake . Sent photos to back up this claim .
Cost me time on labour for guys waiting for the right goods to arrive , and this is not the first time sadly orders have been incorrectly dispatched or missing items that take weeks to be delivered.

Must try harder!
as they are by no means the cheapest . Beaumont near ascot offer cheaper more reliable service from my experience .

Amazing customer service! I tried to find the perfect wooden composter bin online and couldn’t find the right size or quality. I went to the Milford store and Craig and his colleagues found a way to help me. They are not selling this kind of products but They build a compost bin for me exactly the way I needed it in only few days!! Putting it in my car was a bit tricky but they took the time to help me and find the best solution to transport it safely. I can’t recommend enough this store and team! Thank you 😊

I've been using these guys for fencing supplies now for a few years and the quality of product is superb and pricing very competitive and all the team in Milford are very helpful.... update...been today and they are still really great, picked up items for two more clients.
