Bought some rail way sleepers for a garden project. We thought Hanworth Timber were very helpful and also found them to be really competitive on price. The sleepers were delivered within a few days and after breaking our backs to put them in, we've been really happy with the quality and the look of them ever since! Thanks Charlie and the rest of the team!

I have virtually no complaints, only issue i can think of is that I had no confirmed delivery date and got worried I'd miss the delivery. Thankfully the driver left the timber in my front garden which was a right result. This is only constructive feedback/criticism - would have been good to get a confirmation on delivery date.

However I will be using again, that wouldn't put me off and I would recommend.

This photo was last years project, now we are working on a raised garden bed with base for a Summer House. The Summer House will also be sourced via Hanworth Timber as their customer care is spot on.

Hanworth timber had availability when the multiple suppliers had nothing to offer and no expected delivery. Ordered on line on a Saturday evening and had delivery the following Thursday Friendly telephone call to arrange delivery time. Delivery driver was very helpful in placing the panels within the property. Really good quality panels and l have recommended this firm to lots of friends. Great, well run business.

Excellent service when I ordered over the phone, the lady knew the stock available. Excellent stock availability. Smooth delivery within a few days and advised the day before. Excellent quality goods (trellises). All in all, excellent and will be a first port of call in the future.

I had forgotten to order 1 item, called the office and they were very helpful.
Shame you can’t select delivery date but they delivered within the timescale they set and helped my partner move the items into the garage.
Overall, a very good service and prices very competitive.
