CARE Fertility Chester

My wife and I had a great experience and can't thank the team enough. Of course there were the inevitable ups and downs through the journey but all the way through the whole team were compassionate, understanding and explained things wonderfully.

From the very first consultation, we felt relaxed and all the options were discussed so we could make the appropriate choices. The whole team are easy to talk to and don't try to rush you in to a decision.

We can't thank Dr Sephton and Nurse Cathy enough for all the support they have given us over the last couple of years.

Jack and I couldn't be more grateful of the hard work of our consultant Mr Wood. Our embryologist Amy was super thoughtful and the nurses that were on my collection and transfer Aimee and Natalie were both wonderful. We cannot thank you all enough for your endless support through this journey. Infertility is hard enough but throw in covid for good measure and it all changes. Hopefully we will be calling you with good news soon. Best wishes to all the care team. ❤💜❤

After a traumatic 2 years longing for a baby, my husband & I welcomed our rainbow baby girl in April 2020 which wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic help, support, guidance & compassion from Dr Sephton.

After suffering 2 MCs & losing our baby boy at 25 weeks in November 2018.
I knew I was finally in safe hands with regular check ups from day one of my pregnancy right up until the birth in which I needed.

Nurse Cathy & Karen were also lovely & reassuring during my visits.

I 100% recommend Dr Sephton & her services.
I felt she went above & beyond.

I'm afraid this company were as useful as a chocolate teapot. I was referred to them by my GP, and I was booked in, everything was fine and the week before my appointment (after sending me forms to fill in etc), they said "we currently are unable to offer these types of appointments", when they clearly do offer such appointments, and checking on their website they still do. Not happy to have been messed about by them. Very odd that right up until the time of my appointment everything was fine, and then suddenly to cancel without a good enough reason. [EDIT] In response to them: FYI It wasn't a Virgin Care Appointment, but an NHS referral 🤦‍♂️

I would recommend this clinic absolutley. Every member of staff i have had contact with whether it be the carepals team, nurses, embrologists, doctors, anethatists, sonographers, they have all been so lovely and reassuring. We fell pregnant on our first round. They always rang back when promised and everything was very clear on the patient portal. You are seen when you need to be and telephoned when you dont need to be physically seen so not too many apts to take off work! I really cant recommend them enough they have made a very stressful and anxious time so much better. Thank you x

I have received excellent care from the beginning of my treatment to the birth of my baby girl.
No wait for treatment or appointments. I felt fully informed and supported throughout. The embryologists were excellent and provided great communication at each step.

I can't thank Dr Sephton, Dr Wood and Kathy enough for looking after me with such compassion and kindness. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment.

I absolutely cannot fault the staff at this clinic. I am having fertility treatment and had my eggs collected here. I was very nervous about this and the nurses couldn’t do enough to support me. The care was second to none. Nothing is too much trouble even when I called out of hours it was not an issue and I felt so reassured and supported which is what you need. The embryologists looking after us are also wonderful people and take time to answer any questions. They also ring to update without leaving you waiting all day worrying which makes a massive difference. I would recommend care fertility to my closest friends and family without hesitation. I am also under the care of the liverpool clinic due to where I live and again I cannot fault them either. Whenever you have a query you get a response the same day if the clinic is open and it is clear that the staff are all highly skilled and knowledgable which again makes a difference when you are putting your faith and chance of being a parent in their hands. Thank you care for everything you are doing.

Today was the last straw. Called at 4.10pm to hear an answer machine message saying ‘we are now closed, our opening times are 8 until 4.30’
This is typical of the unprofessional management of the company.
They take blood samples not requested and charge for them. They offer no help when having difficulties in setting up the portal and simply repeat the same advise that doesn’t work. They do not respond to phone calls and have to be repeatedly chased, even for the most simple of administrative tasks or to pay bills. I would urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Thankfully we only used them with unconnected treatment in Spain (complete contrast in terms of care, efficiency, and professionalism). I would not trust this company.
