CARE Fertility Tamworth

A brilliant clinic that I would highly recommend to anybody considering going through IVF. Our son resulted from treatment in 2018, and currently expecting our second child from our recent treatment. The nurses and clinical staff have always been so welcoming, empathetic and supportive throughout both of our journeys. The clinic itself is very clean and has a lovely calm atmosphere. A very positive experience, and cannot thank them enough for helping make our dreams come true.

Best experience with this clinic. Couldn't fault them. We underwent an IVI treatment in April 2019 and now we have our 8 weeks old princess. Success with first course. We felt informed about the whole process and cared for at the highest level. They were great. Best choice and we can nothing but recommend them. THANK YOU to the staff for making our dream come true!!!

We never reached the point of IVF but we did sought the advice of Care Fertility Tamworth when we had difficulty conceiving. We availed of their fertility full “MOT” service where they test both my husband and myself. Both my husband and myself are diagnosed with separate fertility issues (pcos and low sperm count) and we were given such valuable advice by the fertility doctor which my husband and myself followed to the letter. We conceived a month after the doctors meeting. I am currently 8weeks pregnant.
While our experience didnt reach the IVF, I am very happy with our experience, and the service we were provided. The medications and advice we were prescribed was so valuable and effective that we conceived naturally. It just proves that they are helpful, in whatever case you have. While IVF is their main business, they will give you advice to exhaust efforts that you can do, without feeling pressured or hopeless. Thank you Care Fertility Tamworth.

Our experience at Tamworth care was fantastic, from the reception, to the pals team, nurses and my consultant Dr Hany Shah, everyone was just excellent. I can't thank Dr Shah enough for encouraging us to have implantation bloods done when previous clinics had said this was not necessary, it was only then that we found the reason why our previous transfers hadn't worked. He took a shared decision approach to his care and I really felt listened to and i'm now here with my first pregnancy so grateful for everything that you've done to get me here. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! DO NOT USE CARE FERTILITY!!

Back in March 2022 I had my initial tests done by Dr Hany Shah who said I had a blocked left fallopian tube and needed surgery to remove it before starting any ivf. At my consultation to discuss my initial tests, Dr Hany Shah said he could do my surgery for £2000. He proceeded to tell me that he got a discount through the clinic which is a complete lie which the staff at Care also confirmed. Clearly offering me a back hander as he is a surgeon at the QE hospital. The staff had no idea of what Shah was offering and were also confused. I did complain about this but it was ignored. I then decided to deal with CARE Birmingham as I had no trust in Shah.

I then got a referral to the NHS to have the surgery and was constantly hounded by the receptionist at Care Birmingham for an update regarding my surgery. I told her several times that there was a wait as I was having it done via the NHS.

5 months later I got a second opinion from the NHS which showed NO BLOCKED FALLOPIAN TUBE. Confused at this I called CARE Birmingham and spoke to a very rude girl who put the phone down on me.

I then proceeded to get a THIRD OPINION at another fetililty clinic WHICH SHOWED NO BLOCKED FALLOPIAN TUBE as they use state of the art technology. What Shah saw was blood vessels not a blocked fallopian tube. This so called Doctor needs to go back to Medical school. SHAH YOU ARE A FRAUD!! CARE FERTILITY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE.

We have been really pleased with Care Tamworth. The nurses, consultants and reception staff were really lovely, caring and reassuring throughout this emotional journey. After one ICSI cycle and 2 embryo transfers, we finally have a beautiful baby boy and are extremely grateful. As we had a previous cycle in a different clinic, we were able to compare with our previous experience and I can say that I would definitely recommend treatment at Care Tamworth!

After waiting 11 years me and my husband chose care Tamworth and was not disappointed. We both are useless on computers hadnt got a clue what was going on in the beginning it was like learning Japanese for us. Luckily the customer service here is so friendly and helpful they were with us every single step of the way, after probably a million questions they were still so patient with us. We felt comfortable from the beginning. The nurses are comical and really down to earth. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The whole team are just lovely people. We had four embryos make it to the final stage. We used 1 and it thawed lovely and I am at the moment nearly 3 months expecting with our first child together. I would recommend this company to anybody we could not have done it without them they take all the stress away and are very professional. Thankyou care Tamworth we cant wait to meet our baby due in February. We will be seeing you in the future to hatch those other 3 embryos. 🤗🤰🤱🍼🎉🎊♥️
