Societe Generale - One Bank Street

After submitting a request for contact on behalf of my 80 year old friend, whose account has been closed in France without refund of some €14,000, no response, no phone number to contact them and no email address, just a online contact request form. My friend has moved back to the UK and cannot get his money back.
