I've had a fantastic, long-term, working relationship with Alex and his team for some time now.

Their professionalism and attention to detail is complimented by the little things (that matter so much!)....a welcoming team that all look up from their desks to say hello and goodbye whenever I visit.

Most recently I've been working with Alex and Chloe on renewing our business insurance. They've both been fantastic. Their knowledge is excellent and they're happy to explain details in simple terms when required - nothing ever feels like a stupid question. Chloe has been excellent in her follow up work from our meetings.

I've been a client of Alex and the team for ~6 years now and have always rated their services extremely highly. Alex has seen me through 2 property purchases and a mortgage renewal and always has my best financial interests at the heart of everything he does. I initially approached the team at Quayside as I needed a mortgage to help me buy a property which fell outside of the brackets that the majority of high street lenders were prepared to look at.

Vicki from Quayside took on this challenge and managed to find us a lender to work with and from there has helped us through every step of the process.

The phrase 'go above and beyond' is banded around to much now adays but I don't feel this goes far enough for how Quayside have worked to help get this over the line for us. It took about 10 months, through much blood, sweat and tears, but I am proud to say that we have now completed on our new property.

We are now looking forward to a long relationship with Quayside around wealth management and trust their advice to help set us up for our future.
