The Orangery at The Spa Hotel

Fantastic food. Polite service.Not however a cheap night out.

Um food a let down . Poor service, extras never arrived stem broccoli and chips despite our prompt.. food looked amazing , but had better.but needed a takeaway afterwards as left hungry.. Cooked breakfast an improvement buth hubbys pancakes overcooked... needs a new chef I think as art on a plate old hat .. taste n substance needed and better communication needed with the dinner staff. Breakfast staff so much better

Delicious food and really helpful and friendly staff.
The only downside was the awful music that was being played, depressing covers of pop songs!

Sadly the service left much to be desired despite there being many staff present, infact we waited so long, we abandoned dessert. The starter seemed undercooked and was far from delicious....my main course of seabass was beautifully cooked, but I have never been served such a small piece of fish.

Absolutely beautiful afternoon tea today, everything about the service was lovely, and the food was amazing, especially the savoury/sweet parcel and the pea croquette, beautiful end to a great day :) thank you

Very pleasantly surprised. Nice food after a few hours in the spa. Starters excellent and mains reasonable. Cooking is of a high standard, the flavours are there but dishes just need a bit more balance to make them cohesive. Mojito was delicious, and the highlight was the Goat cheese, pear and walnut starter.

Probably the best food in an 80 mile radius. Simply stunning. Coupled with fantastic customer service, cannot recommend The Orangery enough.
