Provided the best value for money in the whole area. Service was congenial and friendly but above all, helpful. Delivery was also on the day promised - I would recommend Gosport Flames to anyone.

Very disappointed . Lady was very uninterested in helping us just wanted to sit in her chair. Not very welcoming at all even when we entered the shop .
Felt had to keep apologizing for asking a question
Shop seemed a little chaotic regarding fires all over the place as though they were moving stock around . Boxes hanging around but lady would rather sit with her magazine than try and tidy shop a little as a result didnt buy but brought same fire else where . Sorry Gosport Flames wouldn't return . Use to be a great shop ☹

Would never use again 5 yrs on and it's still rubbish as we can't afford to change it. Wrong bricks wrong plater used never again

Fitted my stove 10 years ago, went to move house and he has refused to give the hetas certificate the installation should have come with. Check your paperwork
