Keith, Bryn and the team at Yarlet were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to achieve the log burner we had envisaged, where other installers had said this wasn’t possible. From start to finish, we received excellent service, with nothing being too much trouble. Keith even came out to us for the first lighting of our burner.
Rob and Brad who installed our burner were excellent and extremely tidy and did an amazing job of installing the burner and log store - even when our old house caused them more than a few problems!!
We could not be happier with the end result, in fact it exceeded our expectations!

Visited Yarlet stoves 1 month ago to purchase a clock stove as I've had one in a previous home. The son (my assumption of being the son) informed us the we able to take home a colour sample of a clock stove. The mother (again my assumption) started to tick of the son for letting us take take the sample, in forming all in the shop that we are quite capable of contacting clock to get our own sample direct from them. Although we had 99% decided on the traditional black. There was a possibility of a black stove available but they need to check stock and existing orders and we would receive a call the next working day (which would be the Tuesday)... like I said that was appropriately a month ago..still waiting to receive the call.

P.S... We didn't leave with the sample.

We were given the right advice and several options of stove before we chose the stove we wanted.

Yarlet did an amazing job removing our old stove and fitting a new one. They were helpful and professional and did a great job of tidying up after themselves. I really recommend them.
