Late summer i visited Craig at Stoves and Fireplaces in Netley Marsh and purchased a Stove complete with fitting service. Craig was always helpful, professional, honest and informative. He contacted me whenever anything changed eg. the stove arriving in the country, the fitter about to pop round and left me feeling warm and comfortable with both him and his service.
If you are in the New Forest area or anywhere within striking distance I would recommend Craig and his shop to be at the top of your list of places to consider.

We shopped around before we ordered our wood burner and didn't get a good feeling until we spoke to Craig, we received 5 star service all the way from our first discussion until it was fitted and in use.

We didn't really know what we wanted but this wasn't a problem because Craig was happy to spend the time and guide us to our perfect log burner.

As for installation, ours wasn't the most straightforward due to water pipes and an old fireplace so there were a few surprises but we left them to get on with it without any worries, they arrived when they said they would, left the place clean and tidy and went out of the way to ensure we were happy.

All in all a top job by a professional outfit, we wouldn't think about going anywhere else in the future.

Just had mine fitted by them .Marcus the builder was great very good at his work and omg very clean after he finished his work each day . Took 4 days not a easy install Marcus had his work cut out lol . Over the moon as they say now it's all finished 5 stars guys

We wanted new fireplace and stove constructed and fitted. Having received three quotes (all around the same cost) from various stove installers we opted for Craig and Marcus as Marcus spotted all of the issues during his first visit and offered the low risk design which we felt most confident with, also Stoves & Fireplaces were supplier of the make of stove we decided on.
All went to plan with the build and install, and they were flexible when we needed them to be. Timescales and final cost as quoted. Stove works really well and looks just as we planned thanks to Marcus and Craig.

Craig was very helpful when we bought our fireplace. He talked us through all the options available to us and discussed the pros and cons so we were able to make an informed decision. Craig kept us informed throughout the process and was very professional. Mike fitted the fireplace over 3 days and always left the house tidy. We are extremely impressed and would highly recommend this company. Thank you Stoves and Fireplace - you provided a wonderful service and we are very happy with our log burner.

Outstanding service from enquiry to completion. Craig was so helpful and professional in helping us decide what to do. Marcus was just great and fitted our Woodburner with minimal disruption, leaving a perfect finish. We couldn't ask for more and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Stoves and Fireplaces.

Fabulous service.. Craig is incredibly knowledgeable, effecient and experienced, Michael who fitted the burner again was extremely effecient and did and amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to guide you to Craig and the showroom. Everything went so well from our first visit to at the show room to Michael showing us our first small fire and smoke test.
