Moorland Fireplaces

We had a wood burning stove installed by them and we are very happy with the result. The workmen were quick and clean and the fire, which we've had for a year works fantastically.

We bought a fire from here. We had a slight problem with it. We call Moorland fires. They came out within 24 hours. They contacted the company who made the fire who told them to return it. They sent a new fire. The fire was picked up on Wednesday and our new one was delivered today.( friday). Exceptional service. I cannot express how impressed we were. Well done you guys. Thank you

Nigel and team were friendly and helpful when my stove was fitted. In recent years, when a few issues have occurred with my woodburner they have been less keen to help and haven’t returned calls. I’ve gone elsewhere for help now and had a simple issue fixed with my stove. Sadly, won’t be returning to them in the future if i need another stove or help.

Nigel really got us out of a hole when a company we had contracted to install a new log burner while having our roof fixed let us down with no notice.

Nigel quickly gave us a quote, plus some really good advice and, much to our amazement, managed to fit in the installation of our stove while the roofers were still here.

We were very grateful for his brilliant response. The new stove and flue system look great, the installation was very fast and clean. We only wish we had gone to Nigel in the first place!
