My husband and I have just bought a lovely fire and surround from Zigis. We are both extremely pleased with the service from Zigis and in particular with the help from Matt Fuller in the Sales Office. The guys who also fitted the fireplace were very helpful and friendly too. All in all a good experience. We would definitely recommend Zigis in Colchester.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Showroom staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Quickly booked in for survey and then on to install. The installers were friendly, professional and very tidy. We are delighted with our woodburner, just had our first proper fire in it... Toasty! 100% recommend Zigis if you want a fireplace sorted.

Zigis recently removed my old gas fireplace, supplied and installed my new woodburner and fireplace. Highly recommend, professional service, both in store during ordering process and at installation stage. Very happy with end result.

Staff were very helpful showing us around and giving thier advice on fires ...Good selection too..our fireplace isn't big so didn't find anything suitable for us but would recommend visiting the showroom..not very big but like the Tardis get a lot of selection if placed correctly....A+ ...
