Great customer service. No matter how many times we changed our mind, it wasn't a problem. Advised us every step of the way. They quality controlled the materials before delivering them. The fitter they suggested did a lovely job. We are really pleased with the final result.

If you're looking for customer service. Don't bother. I purchased an electric fire last year and went to turn it on a few days ago and it doesn't work. I phoned them twice and they were most unhelpful. I was told to take the fitted fire out of the fireplace and give them the serial number. I was horrified by this request. I am a lone elderly lady and the last thing I want to do is start mucking about with electrics. I pleaded with the gentleman for his help but continued to argue with me. He would not come and help me. I even offered to go and pick him up. I have been totally abandoned by this shop so don't bother buying anything from here. I am totally disgusted with the way I have been treated.

Inconsiderate, unhelpful, rude, terrible quality and customer service. Please avoid and save your money. I will never do business with this awful place.
