Do not go to this shop in Charlbury. Spectacularly rude and unhelpful woman who, when we were making enquiries about wood burners, refused even to give us a brochure.

Purchased our wood burner from here, still offering excellent service 5 years on when spare part needed. Maxine extremely helpful and efficient. Would recommend.
